Changes:
- Fixed being able to resize the preview pane.
- Fixed the cursor disappearing over links in the HTML control on Win9x.
- Fixed one of the text fields overlapping the editbox in the receive mail settings window.
- Fixed the menus in the 8bit and unicode editor not being loaded from the translation file (again). Silly VC++ project keeps forgetting my build settings.
- Updated the Czech translation.
- Edited the layout of the options->appearences tab to allow longer description strings.
- [InScribe] Fixed crash when deleting the first account in the options.
- Fixed no edit control appearing when first installed.
- Fixed crash in the item list display. (Doesn't have a particular trigger)
