Geoff 01/07/2011 12:52am | ... when I move an email from the Inbox to a folder.
The first time it happened I thought I was going to need to use the old three-fingered salute to close down the program, but it ultimately executes the moves after quite a few seconds seconds. ... Further investigation indicates the culprit is the email which gets rendered once the move is executed. Cannot tell if it is due to the HTML code or the external images. The images are cached, so it is not due to the connection. |
fret 01/07/2011 2:13pm | Very large or complex HTML can take a while to render. If you want to submit the HTML email for me to look at, export it to desktop by dragging it there, then email me the whole .eml file. |
Geoff 02/07/2011 12:39am | Problematic email has been sent as an attachment. |
fret 04/07/2011 10:18am | I've got it, and verified that yes it does render very slowly. However I don't have time at the moment to look at it. I'm a bit snowed under finishing some other high priority projects. |
