| Steven Hodson 30/01/2008 10:20am | For whatever reason after I last had to reinstall Scribe and restore the files from backup the spam filtering hasn't worked. I first tried to set it back to in training mode (Spam\Practice) but when I selected an email and click on the Spam button it gets sent to the Spam folder instead.
I'm not sure what has gone off the rails but is there anything I can do to reset back to a fresh start for the "training" to be done over again? Suggestions more than welcome :) Steven Hodson WinExtra http://www.winextra.com |
| fret 30/01/2008 10:57am | The spam button will always send email to the spam folder. You need to do that manually for a while and then do a rebuild word lists then it should start working again. |
