Upon selecting:

Tools > Import > Mozilla/Thunderbird > Address Book

from the menu, i.Scribe on Linux Mint crashes w/ the following output:

There are some fixes in the next release for this. Firstly the scope of searching for the address book has been corrected. And support for the thunderbird sqlite style database added.
