Ludwig M. 15/08/2010 3:53pm | Hello,
Disliking outlook, I will change from a simple freeware mail client for my Win2k sytem to a more sophisticated program. More than a year ago I've already had a look at iScribe, but I don't remember these aspects: - Using Scribe, can you keep your mails on the pop3 server? And when deleting mails in the Scribe database, are they deleted on the server too? - Can you register Scribe as default viewer for *.eml mails? Any help is appreciated. Kind regards, Ludwig |

You can leave the email on the server, but it doesn't delete on the server when you delete locally. The only options for deleting on the server are: Can you register Scribe as default viewer for *.eml mails? Yes I think you can, just pass the file on the command line. Although I don't use it that way. I drag the file to one of Scribe's folders to import it. |

It may be a feature, but I regard it as a bug: You can alter the eml-files when viewing it. |
