220 bigpond.net.au service ready (identifier 26/3187732) EHLO 500 syntax error, command unrecognised To findout what the problem was exactly, I traced Outlook and it got the same message, however, it simply followed up with “HELO -- In addition, are you going to add an online update feature? Even if it's just letting the end user know there is an update available and to navigate to your site to download it. |
