Changes:

• [Win32] Fixed the text pipe plugins not appearing on the mail window.
• [BeOS] Fixed contact window appearing on shutdown.
• [BeOS] Fixed add contact window disappearing on item single click (supposed to be double click).
• [Common] Updated the German tranlation.

"Short of there being any major problems with this version". What was I thinking. Anyway, "major" problems should now be fixed.
