Some issues: * I get a red banner below the toolbar saying: RegistryWritePermissions is required to be a registered as an email client. Run the program as admin to correct this. - grammatically wrong English - It can't be the idea to run an eMail client with admin rights (IT- insecurity) * The TOOL->Search for update errors. |
| fret 30/11/2021 6:57am | I get a red banner below the toolbar saying: RegistryWritePermissions is required You only need to run as admin once so Scribe can write to the right area of the registry to fix up the default client settings. Then you exit and run as non-admin. I could word that better. The TOOL->Search for update errors. This will try and access a URL on the memecode.com site. If something is blocking that... you'll get that error. It's working for me. |
