Author/Date Can I set i.scribe to reply to an email downloaded by poppeeper?

I run a program call poppeeper that goes out and check my hotmail account. It does not have a built-in email client. Therefore I use an external program to reply to my emails. Outlook express will open the reply page and copy the body of the message in the reply page automatically. Then, all I have to do is type my reply and press send. (I was told because outlook express uses a urlmail:%1 as its reply parameter) I manually install i.scribe and then manually add the registry entry for i.scribe in the registry.

When I hit reply in poppeeper using i.scribe as the email client, I only get the program to open and then I have to press reply and manually copy the contents from the original email.

If I use the above parameter the i.scribe appears as if it will work then if I exit and try again it opens and shutdown very quickly.

What am I doing wrong?
