Hi Matt, Windows XP + iScribe (test44) + Aspell in administrator mode works great. Now switch to an XP limited user account. iScribe works fine but can't find Aspell. It's there. The exes can be run manually out of the program files folder but the iScribe spell plugin reports that Aspell is not installed. Any toughts on how this might be fixed? Thanks, --luis |
fReT 23/12/2003 12:37am | Is aspell in the users path?
Or alternatively in the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Aspell Make a string value 'Path' = 'x:\path\aspell-15.dll' |

The registry setting was set but ignored it seems. Setting the path manually in the environment solved the problem. Thanks, --luis |
