Bugzilla Bug 194

I'll preface this with saying that this problem does not show up in V2, so I'm
not sure it's worth trying to track down.

Actually in Test 5, but it's not in the list.

When replying to an email, if the "Delete" button in the toolbar is pressed
twice, the program crashes (I'm assuming because the email doesn't exist
anymore and the reference is invalid)

Sequence:
Choose an email and select "Reply" from the toolbar
Select "Delete" from the toolbar
Select "Yes" when asked if you're sure
Select "Delete" from the toolbar
Select "Yes" when asked if you're sure
At this point, the program crashes with an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
