Description:   Opened: 2006-11-17 00:35 
* Open a passworded mail folder

* Incorrectly enter the password (No folder loads - by way of note, what 
happens if InScribe is online at this point and checks and 'downloads' mail - 
does it check and download and what does it do with the mail? - Sorry for 
posting two points)

* File > Open Mail Store > Select (?same) mailstore file

* Correctly enter password

Result - Send / receive buttons are not reactivated without completely closing 
and restarting InScribe.

This is a low priority problem because it's rare to want to do that.
