I'm trying to reproduce this, and I've created some mail with the same dates as your and they sort correctly. Unlike your screenshot. They was generated as notifications in web service rapidly one after another. Then, after receiving by Scribe, moved automatically to other (currrently selected) folder on filter rule. So, I'm suspecting a filter issue. I'm sorry I didn't mention this last time, but I was in a hurry on my job. There are "Regional Settings" in Control Panel, where we can set up our preferred format of date and time. You don't need to guess what format I'm expecting to see, instead you can ask Windows about that. I vote against strange inventions in that field. Simply follow system settings to satisfy my needs as other programs do.
